3. Begin with a short, comfortable wear period while standing or moving gently; do not treat longer wear as a requirement.
4. Remove slowly using the retrieval loop while relaxing the pelvic-floor muscles; never pull sharply.
5. Stop for pain, numbness, pressure or difficulty removing the product and seek medical help if it cannot be removed safely.
